Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how DFY Ecom LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand High Ticket Method, collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit tryhighticketmethod.com, submit a form, purchase a product, or receive communications from us.

By using our website or providing your information, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit your information.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — first name, email address and, where you choose to provide it, mobile phone number
  • Consent records — whether you agreed to receive email or text messages, and the date, time and page on which you gave that consent
  • Purchase information — items purchased and billing details. Card numbers are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers
  • Correspondence — messages you send us by email, text, chat or form

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page and referring URL
  • Marketing attribution — UTM parameters and referral source indicating which link or campaign brought you to the site
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see section 7

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the resource, product or service you requested
  • Send you educational content, updates and offers relating to our services, where you have consented
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
  • Process payments and fulfil orders
  • Measure how the website and our marketing perform, and improve them
  • Maintain records of consent as required by applicable law and messaging regulations
  • Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent may be disclosed only to the service providers that operate our messaging platform on our behalf, strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you agreed to receive, and to no one else.

Consent to receive text messages is never required to purchase anything from us or to receive any free resource. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Full messaging terms, including frequency and cost, are set out in our Terms of Service.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Companies that operate our infrastructure on our behalf — website and funnel hosting, CRM and messaging platforms, email delivery, video hosting, payment processing and analytics. They may access your information only to perform services for us and are contractually required to protect it.
  • Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, court order or other legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety or property, or that of others.
  • Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case the receiving party will remain bound by this policy for information transferred.

As stated in section 4, mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing other than the messaging service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

6. Advertising and analytics

We use analytics and advertising technologies to understand how people find and use the website and to measure the performance of our marketing. These may set cookies or use similar identifiers to recognise a browser across visits and, in the case of advertising platforms, to show you our content elsewhere on the internet.

You can limit interest-based advertising through your device settings and through the opt-out tools provided by the relevant advertising platforms.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, measure traffic and attribute marketing performance.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may cause parts of the website to stop working as intended.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested and to meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. Consent records for email and text messaging are retained for the period required by applicable messaging regulations, including after you opt out, so that we can demonstrate that consent was properly obtained and honoured.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a portable copy of information you provided to us
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email, and stop text messages by replying STOP. To exercise any other right, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in the sense defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls on the platforms we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

The website and our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International users

We operate from the United States and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Third-party websites

Our website may link to sites we do not operate. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it took effect. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
