These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of tryhighticketmethod.com and any related pages, content, products, services and communications operated under the brand High Ticket Method (together, the "Services").
The Services are operated by DFY Ecom LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Services, submitting your information, purchasing a product, or receiving communications from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
High Ticket Method provides marketing and business education, downloadable resources, written and video training, free tools, and advisory services relating to offer development, content strategy and client acquisition.
Everything we provide is educational and informational in nature. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisor, or employment agency, and nothing on the Services constitutes legal, tax, financial, medical or investment advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
We make no guarantee, promise or representation of any specific income, revenue, profit, client volume or business outcome from using the Services.
Any figures, examples, case studies or results referenced anywhere on the Services describe what a specific person or business achieved under their own circumstances. They are not typical, not average, and not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on factors we do not control, including your effort, skill, experience, market, offer, pricing, capital and execution. Many people who purchase business education do not achieve the results they hoped for.
Prices for paid products and services are displayed at the point of purchase. By completing a purchase you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount, including applicable taxes.
Where a product is sold on a recurring basis, it will renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund charges already made.
Refund terms, where offered, are stated on the applicable product or checkout page and form part of these Terms for that purchase. Because digital products are delivered immediately and in full, purchases are otherwise final. To request support or discuss a purchase, contact [email protected].
All content on the Services — including text, prompts, scripts, frameworks, templates, video, audio, graphics, branding and software — is owned by DFY Ecom LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
When you obtain a product from us, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. You may use the output you generate with our tools and prompts freely, including commercially.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share access to, or create a competing product from our materials, and you may not remove or alter any attribution or notices.

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from High Ticket Method (DFY Ecom LLC). Messages may include resources you requested, training announcements, event reminders, offer information, and replies to your enquiries.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to buy anything from us or to receive any free resource we offer. You can obtain everything we provide without agreeing to SMS.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. To rejoin, sign up again or reply START.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

When you submit your email address, you agree to receive emails from us relating to the resource you requested, along with related educational content and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional messages about a purchase you have made.
The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites, platforms and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, availability or policies, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFY Ecom LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFY Ecom LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it took effect. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
